More than just this

Blog
For all things athletics, lifestyle and mental health check out my blog. I’ll have my tips and tricks I’ve picked up from sports psychology, behind the scenes of major championships and plenty more!

About Me !
Since then I have competed at two World Championships, two Paralympic Games and one Commonwealth Games. I am incredibly passionate about mental health in young people and challenging the perception of Paralympic sport and disability.
My name is Isis Holt, I am a T35 Paralympian who has Diplegia Cerebral Palsy. I am a 5x Paralympic medallist, student and mental health advocate. I was first introduced to athletics when I was 12. I began training with my school athletics program as a way of staying active and having fun, finding myself competing on the world stage two years later.

More Than Just This
MTJT
More Than Just This. Is a phrase that emphasises the importance of understanding a person holistically. For me that means not being defined by my athletic results, grades at uni or relationships with others. MTJT leaves room for growth and individuality, it allows you to prioritise what is important while leaving room for new opportunity and individuality.
